She stays true to this philosophy, whether providing meals for private clients, events and functions, teaching people and organisations to cook and plan their meals, or one-off bespoke consulting work.

Working with start-ups, small businesses and organisations, Charlotte assists clients with their food and nutrition projects, and offers practical hands-on support throughout the process. In her capacity as a chef, recipe and product developer and consultant, Charlotte's cooking style is fresh, clean and simple with a commitment toward health and balance.

Charlotte is also highly experienced behind the scenes, having spent many years managing wait staff and chefs, and brings a nuanced understanding of kitchen conditions, teams and challenges to all of her work.

Dietitian and Nutritionist

Essendon Football Club - Currently employed as food and nutrition lead, which includes establishing and facilitating the food program for the club’s players, running a team of chefs, promoting food education and providing a nutrition strategy.

Sum of Us - Created menu items and foods that are balanced and nourishing while creative and varied from other cafes. 

Bupa - Writing food, cooking and recipe content for a health conscious online community.

 

Chef and Teacher

Personal Chef - Menu development and execution of food for corporate events, entertaining, health retreats, families and on board private Yachts in the Mediterranean. 

South Melbourne market - Teaching seasonally as part of a well established and popular cooking school. Classes focus on health and nutrition as well as menus for entertaining at home, many of which
were popular vegetarian classes.

Bayleaf/Urban Kitchen - Taught as part of the urban kitchen cooking series and worked to develop recipes and menus for their large scale catering operations.

Little Collins -  Bought and developed in 2011, Little Collins opened its doors in early 2012, and
continues to bring great coffee and delicious food to Amsterdammers and a large expat community.

Cooking Classes - Focus on simple cooking methods and information about making cooking enjoyable, hassle free and nutritious.
